Cozy up in front of the warm indoor gas fireplace or head upstairs to challenge family and friends in the dedicated lakeside game room equipped with pool and foosball tables.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across a versatile layout:

• Bedroom 1 (First-Floor Master): Plush King-size bed with serene views.

• Bedroom 2: Queen-over-Queen bunk beds built for comfort and style.

• Upstairs Family Room: Large sectional sofa for extra lounging or sleeping space.

• Safety Details: Built-in retractable gates at the top of the deck stairs and the bottom of the interior stairs ensure easy peace of mind for curious pups and children.

Waterfront Freedom & Outdoor Living

Step outside into your private lakeside oasis. The expansive deck provides the perfect setting for alfresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks as the sky turns orange and purple over the water. Down on the lawn, gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows or fire up the outdoor charcoal grill for an evening cookout.

At the water’s edge, your private dock is ready for swimming, relaxing, and paddling out onto the calm surface of Cloverdale Lake using the provided kayaks and safety gear. The entire backyard is fully fenced, meaning your dogs can safely run, explore, and splash along the shoreline without you ever worrying about an open boundary.
